Seeing the sun today for the first time in what feels like weeks, has made me realize how much I miss it.  I'm thinking a road trip down south is in order soon.  The thought of enjoying the sun and seeing the ocean makes delighted.

I saw this recipe on pinterest and now I must try it.  I also seem to find really good recipes there.  So if you ever don't know what to make, pinterest food and you will be hungry in no time.  Also a little side note, this recipe is from a blogger named Noriko which made me super happy since that is my middle name.  It is a Japanese name and I haven't heard of too many others who share that name.
