Braids

This morning, Derek and I were sitting on the couch and he was playing with my hair.

I was trying to teach him how to braid my hair and he was not getting it. 

{He is going to kill me later for telling everyone}

I kept telling him that he need to learn how since he has a niece and maybe one day a daughter.

This got me to thinking about how my dad used to do my hair all the time.  

I liked him to do it because he was gentler than my mom.

I love how there are so many grown-up braid styles, and I can do my own hair.
